You'll learn how to use your energy centers called chakras and acupressure points to cultivate a state of higher fertility & awareness. You'll experience how breath and mantra can help to calm you in any situation, even at the doctor. You'll learn how to rebalance your body, mind, and soul all from the comfort of your own home on your timeline.

 

 
  • Each day you'll gain access to another 15 minute meditation via the kajabi classroom with email reminders each morning to help keep you on track.
  • You'll learn how to go deep within and connect your mind, heart, and body into an alignment that's more apt to conceive. 
  • You'll learn how to make heart centered decisions when it comes to your fertility giving you an experience that is authentic to YOUR needs and desires.
  • You'll also learn how to connect with your partner in a mindful way to create life consciously.
  • You'll learn how to shift your attention from the future to the present moment helping you to feel more fulfilled and patient with the process, your life, your partner and maybe even God.
  • I'll be there with you every step of the way, one complete menstrual cycle, until it becomes your new favorite habit.
  • Each week I'll be coming to you live to answer any questions, feelings, or struggles that come up around that week's meditations. You'll have direct access to me to ask anything you'd like!
